Roosevelt project: planning and resource development

September 2026 update

Change for FiveHundred is supporting Roosevelt Middle School Athletics in Oakland through fundraising, sponsor outreach, vendor engagement and project planning, working with Jason Brown, Athletic Director & Case Manager.

Priorities include strength equipment, safer flooring, gym repairs, volleyball equipment, storage and wellness resources. Measurements, school coordination, product suitability and required approvals guide the next steps.

Facility photographs show current conditions. Design boards are planning concepts; they do not represent completed improvements. We will share confirmed milestones as the project progresses.
